FAQ - Shipping from DrawnBy: Jessica
Your DrawnBy: Jessica Reusable Silicone Mats come in a clear drawstring bag. We will place your DrawnBy: Jessica order into a polymailer bag for local delivery in Singapore. The DrawnBy: Jessica Reusable Silicone Mats and DrawnBy: Jessica Markers will be okay through our local Singapore postal services but please do opt for delivery with tracking to play on the safe side.
Other DrawnBy: Jessica items will be put together into one package in appropriately-sized mailing bags for delivery. For international deliveries outside of Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to make sure that your items are bubble-wrapped or packed carefully, but otherwise our materials are strong and hardy and should survive the journey to wherever you are with no problem!
For orders above a certain volume (6 sets of DrawnBy: Jessica Reusable Silicone Mats and above), your DrawnBy: Jessica will come packed in a carton box. Because we want to be environmentally friendly, we will save on packing materials by packing items loosely - DrawnBy: Mats, Drawstring Bags and DrawnBy: Markers will be packed flat, as opposed to packing the items inside the Drawstring Bags. A sample of what the final sample pack will be included so you can see the final packaged product properly.
Above all, do check your items upon receipt and drop us a message if your maili has been tampered or is damaged.

You'll be able to find dynamic shipping rates for local (SG) and international courier delivery services. International shipping times will vary depending on your location so we hope for your patience while your DrawnBy: Jessica items are in transit!
HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY DRAWNBY: JESSICA ITEMS?
Once DrawnBy: Jessica receives your order and payment, we will arrange to send your DrawnBy: Jessica order out by the next working day, regardless of whether you are located locally in Singapore or otherwise. Do note that delivery times will depend on your method of postal service. DrawnBy: Jessica always recommends using Courier or Registered Mail delivery for the purpose of following your order through the tracking number once we have sent your DrawnBy: Jessica items out.
With Normal or Registered Mail, your items within 3-5 working days (by Singpost from Singapore).
With Courier services, you should receive your items within 2-4 working days.
We ask for your kind patience during the holiday periods as demand for DrawnBy: Jessica products increase and our local postal services start to get busy! If there are any delays, we will inform our customers as soon as we know to help manage expectations!
Our cut odd time for processing orders is 10pm for pick up / sending out the next working day. Orders received after 10pm will be processed on the next day order for pick up / send out on the day after.
For example:
Orders made on Thursday 10:01pm will be processed on Friday for pickup / send out on Monday.
Orders made on Friday 10:01pm can still be processed over the weekend for pickup / send out on Monday.
Orders made on Sunday 10:01pm will be processed on Monday for pickup / send out on Tuesday.
Kindly note for Same day Delivery Services, it means that items will still be processed for pickup the day after payment for delivery on the same day as items were picked up and not on the day of payment itself.

If your mail fails to be delivered after 2 weeks, please do send us an email at jessica@drawnbyjessica.com and we will facilitate tracking and recovery as best to our ability. Do be aware that refunds and replacements are NOT guaranteed as we will not be liable once DrawnBy: Jessica items have been sent out.
