FAQ - DrawnBy: Jessica's Refund Policy


IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY DRAWNBY: JESSICA REUSABLE SILICONE MAT OF DRAWNBY: JESSICA MARKERS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
DrawnBy: Jessica accepts returns if they are made within 10 days. Once 10 days have past from the date of your purchase, we apologise that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

For DrawnBy: Jessica Reusable Silicon Mats to qualify for a refund or exchange, please arrange for your DrawnBy: Jessica products to be returned unused and in the original condition that it was received. The original packaging should also be intact.

For DrawnBy: Jessica Markers to qualify for a refund or exchange, please send in a picture and/or video of the defect or damage. Please do inform us about the return so we can take the steps to receive your DrawnBy: Jessica products on its return delivery. 

Please note that there are items excluded from refunds and exchanges including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items including Imperfect Mats
  • Items not in original condition, or damaged or defective for reasons not due to the error of DrawnBy: Jessica
  • Any item that is passed more than 10 days of its purchase date

DrawnBy: Jessica may process an exchange or offer a partial refund out of goodwill if items are not eligible for a refund. Please do send us an email at jessica@drawnbyjessica.com to arrange for exchange.

HOW DO I PROCESS A REFUND WITH DRAWNBY: JESSICA?

Please do send DrawnBy: Jessica an email at jessica@drawnbyjessica.com with pictures, videos or other evidence of the defects or damage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to DrawnBy: Jessica. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
