Hi i have bought 2 sets of the markers before and they were excellent and hence i decided to buy another set when the previous ones run out of ink. Unfortunately there were 4 colours that totally watery and the colours were like swiming in water when we used them. It is never like that with the previous ones. I hope you could do something about this.

we are truly sorry that you have received faulty markers and it is never our intention for us to delivery defective products. We do offer a 10-day replacement / refund policy for items that are unsatisfactory.
For our markers, they are oil-based and in alcohol-solvent so as they are in storage, the inks may separate and will require a bit of warming up - a good shake usually does it!
We have included a couple of videos for helping your markers in this case and this may also be handy for the markers that you still have in the future too!
